- Truth Telling...one of the greatest gifts you can give or receive.
- Radical Requesting...an invitation to be bigger than you think you are.

- Use our scenarios or your own real world situations to hone your skills.
- One-on-one and group formats.
- Share your problems and concerns and receive immediate feedback and support.
For 2 months following the workshop you will be entitled to an hour per month of free telecoaching support to help you internalize what you've learned and begin your journey to a level of mastery in applying the skills. We will also be offering periodic teleforums for program graduates where you may share your experiences, learn from fellow coaches, and also be introduced to new ideas and approaches for applying the coaching model.
Make no mistake about it! Coaching is a pragmatic and transferable skill. This model has been under development for over 2 years and has delivered proven results in industries such as oil & gas, insurance, and banking. It is based on the principles and techniques taught by Coach University, the largest developer of coaches in the world.
We are licensed and certified to present this workshop, but more importantly we bring our knowledge, years of study, and practical experience as coaches and master trainers to the material so that you get a learning experience that is rich, relevant to your world, and fun.

- Attend one of our quarterly public workshops: $595 per participant. Ask us about group discounts if you have 2 or more people that you'd like to attend.
- If you have at least 6 attendees, an in-house workshop may be more cost effective, AND we can design practice scenarios based upon the specific issues your mangers are facing. Please contact us to discuss possibilities.
