A Look Back at Our June VIBE™ Session

Our June VIBE™ session was a perfect example of the power of learning from one another.

A heartfelt thank you to Tim Eagan and Eagan Design + Build for graciously hosting our group and providing an engaging industry deep dive.

Founded in 2008, Eagan Design + Build is a design-build general contractor serving the commercial and industrial markets. Their team provides turnkey services from concept all the way through completion, creating a seamless experience for clients.

Tim shared how the design-build approach brings architects and builders together from the beginning of a project. This alignment helps de-risk projects, reduce costs, and expedite schedules while ensuring that the owner's interests remain at the center of the process.

One of the key takeaways for our VIBE™ members was recognizing the value of alignment. Whether in construction, healthcare, manufacturing, professional services, or nonprofit leadership, bringing the right people together early, maintaining clear communication, and working toward a shared goal leads to stronger outcomes.

In addition to Tim's presentation, members experienced the collaborative spirit that makes VIBE™ unique through Solution Seats and peer discussion. Leaders openly shared ideas, asked thoughtful questions, and supported one another in addressing real-world opportunities and challenges. Alex Levinson co-owner of STR Technologies also presented to the group. STR Technologies is a managed IT company located in Union Missouri 20 years in business — built on being Strategic, Transparent, and Responsive.

The energy in the room was inspiring.

It served as a reminder that leadership doesn't have to be a solo journey.
