Join us for our Spring HRLF 2026, a dynamic and highly interactive experience designed for HR leaders who want real conversations and practical insight during roundtable discussions.
This year’s forum centers on facilitated roundtable discussions focused on three critical topics shaping today’s workplace: Using Multigenerational Workforce Strategies, Innovative Approaches to Retention and Recognition, and Navigating Your Way Through Change.
Rather than sitting through hours of presentations, participants will engage in meaningful dialogue and networking with peers, sharing challenges, exchanging ideas, and exploring actionable solutions. Each session will begin with a brief, focused introduction to frame the conversation, followed by collaborative discussion designed to surface real world strategies you can immediately apply within your organization.
