The Power of Three: Connection, Collaboration, and Celebration
I am still feeling inspired by our TQC Galentine’s Event on February 12 at the beautiful Trinity Hall at Triple 3 Vineyards. As we gathered around the fire and listened to the stories of three purpose-driven leaders, I reflected on the powerful traits of women in leadership and the power of three. Three traits that I saw displayed repeatedly throughout the event were traits that I have seen from successful women leaders in my own career and traits that I try to bring to the table-connection, collaboration, and celebration
Connection
Whether it was old friends or coworkers reconnecting with each other or two individuals meeting for the first time, the power of connection was on full display. Connection is more than just networking or swapping business cards. Connection is finding ways to support one another and elevate each other. When we build authentic connections with others, it can offer a safe space for sharing experiences and strategies. That is one of the reasons we are offering two opportunities for women to create connections with other leaders. Align, a 6-month virtual coaching circle for women ready to step into their next chapter and Bridges, a supportive community where women at all levels of leadership connect meaningfully, strengthen their abilities, and grow personally and professionally during in-person sessions. Discovery Call options to learn more about the women’s programs Bridges and Align will be available on Monday, March 16 from 1:00 to 1:30 p.m. and or Tuesday, March 17 from 9:00 to 9:30 a.m., and you can contact us by filling out this form here.
Collaboration
Before the Galentine’s event even began, collaboration was hard at work. From the conversations that the speakers had to uncover their shared message, to the behind the scenes planning and execution, this event wouldn’t have been possible without collaboration and team work. Research consistently shows that women leaders bring strong collaborative skills to the table. Collaboration increases productivity, inspires organizational dedication, and improves fairness. From our HR Peer Advisory Group to VIBE to Elevate we offer lots of opportunities for you to collaborate, problem solve and learn with other professionals in your area.
Celebration
This event was truly a celebration of the unique skills and abilities that each participant brings to their role. It was an opportunity to see and celebrate others who may face the same challenges as you. It was a chance to celebrate and be inspired by our speakers, who shared how their own experiences brought them to where they are today.
