Women Inspiring Women 2026: Purpose-Driven Leadership, Connection, and Community
In today’s evolving professional landscape, women are not only breaking barriers they are expanding the space for others to rise alongside them. The movement of women inspiring women continues to grow in strength and relevance as female leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals intentionally create communities rooted in purpose, mentorship, collaboration, and shared success.
This movement is no longer confined to a moment or a trend. It is reshaping how we lead, how we work, and how we support one another across industries including business, manufacturing, construction, technology, finance, and beyond. At its core is a powerful belief: success is deeper, more meaningful, and more sustainable when it is shared.
At The Quality Coach®, we are proud to continue this momentum with our 2026 Galentine’s Event: Women Inspiring Women which is an afternoon designed to celebrate connection, leadership, and community. The event will be held on Thursday, February 12, 2026, at the beautiful Triple 3 Vineyard in Washington, Missouri, a setting that perfectly reflects the spirit of gathering, hospitality, and meaningful conversation.
This year’s event features a fireside chat with three purpose-driven female leaders, each bringing a unique perspective, powerful experience, and a shared commitment to leading with integrity and heart. I am honored to serve as this year’s moderator to these incredible fireside speakers.

Why Women Inspiring Women Matters
When women come together in authentic community, transformative things happen:
Confidence is strengthened as women see what’s possible through the experiences of others.
Voices are amplified, allowing shared wisdom and insight to spark growth.
Networks expand, leading to collaboration, partnership, and meaningful opportunity.
Research consistently shows that women who feel supported and encouraged are more likely to pursue leadership roles, take healthy risks, and positively influence their organizations and communities. Inspiration paired with connection becomes a catalyst for action.
Creating a Culture of Women Inspiring Women
If your organization or community is looking to foster this movement, consider these practical actions:
Consider Mentorship
Offer guidance, encouragement, and perspective to women navigating new roles or leadership opportunities.
Celebrate Female Success
Recognize accomplishments — both big and small — and amplify the successes of women around you.
Build Supportive Networks
Encourage women-led groups, peer circles, and learning communities that promote collaboration and shared accountability.
Inspire the Next Generation
Expose young girls and young women to careers in leadership, business, STEM, manufacturing, construction, and finance through education, outreach, and example.
More Than an Event — A Movement
Women Inspiring Women is more than a Galentine’s celebration. It is part of a larger movement shaping the future of leadership and work. When women intentionally uplift one another, workplaces become stronger, cultures become healthier, and communities become more connected.
As this movement continues to grow, so does its impact — creating opportunities not just for today’s leaders, but for generations to come.
