Navigating the Future of Work in 2025 and Beyond
A Recap of the October HR Leadership Forum
The Quality Coach® recently hosted another inspiring HR Leadership Forum (HRLF) luncheon, bringing together HR professionals, leaders, and community partners to explore the evolving landscape of work in 2025 and beyond. The event, held at Liberty Hall in Washington, MO, centered around the theme “Navigating the Future of Work in 2025 and Beyond”—a timely topic as organizations continue to adapt to rapid changes in technology, workforce expectations, and leadership dynamics.
The luncheon featured a powerful panel of local HR leaders, including Bianca Strickland (Vice President of Human Resources, Dobbs Tire & Auto), Chris Vansickle (Human Resource Manager, WEG Transformers), Susan Stiers (Chief Human Resources Officer, Peoples Savings Bank), and Dr. Rachael Franssen (Assistant Superintendent of Personnel and Support Services, School District of Washington). Each panelist shared unique perspectives from their industry and experience, sparking a lively and insightful discussion.
Throughout the session, panelists explored topics such as:
Evolving workplace trends and the shifting expectations of today’s workforce
Building and sustaining strong organizational cultures
The growing importance of leadership agility and emotional intelligence
Balancing compliance, engagement, and innovation in a changing HR environment
Attendees walked away with actionable strategies, practical tools, and a renewed sense of purpose for strengthening their teams and organizations. Beyond the learning, the luncheon also provided an excellent opportunity for networking and collaboration among HR professionals who share a passion for growth, leadership, and continuous improvement.
At The Quality Coach®, we believe in the power of connection and lifelong learning. The HR Leadership Forum continues to serve as a valuable platform for HR professionals to share best practices, exchange ideas, and explore how leadership can drive lasting impact in the workplace.
Thank you to all who joined us for this dynamic conversation—and a special thanks to our panelists for their time, wisdom, and commitment to advancing the HR profession. We look forward to continuing the dialogue at future HRLF events as we navigate the ever-changing world of work together.

Celebrating 35 Years of Partnership, Growth, and Impact
What a night! The Quality Coach® recently celebrated 35 incredible years of helping leaders and organizations grow, learn, and thrive, and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to mark the occasion.
We gathered with our clients, colleagues, and friends to honor not only our company’s journey but the partnerships that have made it possible. Hosted in collaboration with our long-term client and cherished partner, Eagan Building Group, the event was a true celebration of connection, gratitude, and shared success.
Guests enjoyed an evening of good conversation, complimentary drinks, and light appetizers, creating a relaxed and joyful atmosphere. It was inspiring to see so many familiar faces, people who have played a part in shaping The Quality Coach® over the past three and a half decades.
For 35 years, our mission has remained consistent: to help organizations build stronger leaders, more cohesive teams, and healthier workplace cultures. This milestone is not just a reflection of time passed, but a celebration of the trust our clients have placed in us and the meaningful impact we’ve been able to create together.
As we look ahead, we’re filled with excitement for what’s to come. The workplace continues to evolve, and we remain committed to evolving with it, empowering leaders at every level to lead with purpose, authenticity, and vision. TQC's 2025/2026 line up of programs were introduced at the event-you can check out the latest services and program offerings HERE.
To all who joined us and to everyone who has been part of our journey, thank you. Your partnership, collaboration, and belief in what we do have been the foundation of our success.
Here’s to the next chapter of growth, learning, and leadership, and to many more years of partnership ahead.
A Galentine’s to Remember!
It was a true pleasure to host the Galentine’s Event and inspiring to have so many terrific (and generous!) women in one place. With your help, we were able to support a fantastic organization, Grace's Place.
Thank you to our speakers, Deb Giffin, Angela Garland, and Lorri Keenum (with us in spirit!) for sharing their entrepreneurial journeys and encouraging us all to follow our dreams. We are so appreciative to our sponsors for helping to make this event possible: Exit 11, Sunset Bluffs, Swallows Nest, and Photogenics on Location.
